Implementation requires a good understanding of the local context. AeHS has built up this experience throughout Africa ranging from home-based care to nationwide data collection and management programs.
To benefit most from your software, proper implementation is key for health facilities. AeHS has developed an implementation program based on the experience of eight years of implementation. Regular research and monitoring is done to develop best practices for implementation for small and large-scale health facilities. In our implementation program we address the needs and concerns of the end-users, we provide training and set up the network and hardware – including the power supply. The objective is not only to ensure the flawless functioning of the software, but also to achieve a higher level of performance and, ultimately, a happy customer.
AeHS can also support you in developing applications
AeHS is a pan-African network that focusses on developing high-quality, affordable ICT-based solutions which enable health care providers in Africa to further improve the quality of their health services.
“With the paper-based system, some tests or procedures are lost or altered as the patient’s paper files have to go from the ward to the pharmacy to accounts and then back to the ward again. Now the bill can be generated with the click of a button as soon as the patient is discharged. We are also able to work out how many beds are occupied as well as what the expected revenue is, which we can then compare to the actual revenue. Even for drugs we know the prescription and number of pills given and the amount the patient is supposed to pay at any time. “
